Setup fees cover initial installation and configuration. Monthly Care covers monitoring, maintenance, and tuning within the agreed scope. Usage costs (phone, SMS, email) are billed at cost or pass-through as stated in your agreement.
For the first 20 clients, we do not accept bespoke requests outside the standard playbooks unless explicitly approved in writing.
