This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
The site runs no tracking pixels and no third party analytics. If you book a call, the booking form collects your name and contact details so the call can happen. That is what they are used for.
If we email you, the email tells you how to stop it (reply stop). We honor that. Our commercial email carries our real name and street address, as the law requires.
Some of our work involves you creating a read-only key to your own software so we can prepare a report from your records. The rules we operate under are these. The key is made by you, on your screen, in your own account. Our free read only reads. If you buy Connect it adds new leads to your software, and once we turn writes on for your account it makes only the changes you approve, on a key you make. Every write is recorded, and you can ask for that record any time. You can replace the key in your own settings whenever you want, without asking us, and that ends our access the moment you do. For a free read, we never use your key past the read unless we sign a deal and you hand it to us for the work. We keep what the read pulled, every read, deal or no deal. You own it, and we hold a copy. We use our copy for one thing, making our reads and our product better. If you ask, your customers' names and contact details come off our copy, and your company name too. You can have a complete copy of what we keep from your pull any time, whether we ever do business or not. Your records never train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. They are never shared with another client and never sold.
When you connect your SmartMoving, the Docket keeps your customers' names and move dates beside the alerts in your Queue, so the Queue, the chat on your Docket page and your own AI can tell you and your office whose job is whose. Names never go out by text, and when you ask us to, we take them off.
